Missing Days
So I’ve missed a few days from my 100 day Challenge. Recently, had a neighbor dripping in blood asking for shelter from someone coming to kill them tied in cords with nothing but a towel and his little lap dog with him. Needless to say 911 was called, Fire Department, Paramedics, and Police came very soon after. Although we do not know the details of what happened, we do know that the neighbor did make it to the hospital and security at the apartment has been tightened as well as police are more present.
I have still made it to class. Still learning the art of placing the right codes, and making the right pixels to get the effect we’re looking for. I’m glad that I could at least follow along to make a menu pop open. The next step is to have it hyperlinked, which takes some doing if you’re coding it.
I’m actually relieved to have coding to do and to tinker and see if I’ve got it right. It’s a lot of “Test it. Let’s see if it works.”, then if it doesn’t going back to the code and seeing what’s missing or what logic needs to be written. Over time the same codes are used over and over again, so if you like consistency coding is fun. However, sometimes you can consistently bang your head against a wall. That’s what mentors and teachers are for though.
So here’s a picture of my latest coding and what it should produce:
Once you press the bottom link, it leads to this page, which still needs work:
